• What is the deposit amount and when will it be refunded?

  We have eliminated security deposits for over 90% of the vehicles in our fleet. You can rent a car without a deposit or additional fund holds.
  
  
  Exceptions:
  For select partner models, the deposit may range from 30,000 to 100,000 RUB. In these cases, the majority of the deposit is refunded immediately after the rental period. A hold of 10,000 RUB is retained for up to 30 days to allow for processing traffic police fines. If no fines are issued, the full amount is refunded.

• What is the minimum and maximum rental period for a car?

  Minimum rental period is 3 hours, with the cost calculated as follows:

  • 3-hour rental = half the daily rate.

  Maximum rental period is unlimited. Payment is calculated daily. The price decreases with longer rental durations.

• Can I transfer the right to drive?

  Yes, you can transfer the right to drive the vehicle to other individuals, but only to those who are additional drivers and are listed in your rental agreement. The process of adding additional drivers is free of charge and allows you to designate an unlimited number of persons who may operate the vehicle.

• Where can I pick up the rental car?

  You can pick up the vehicle at our office located at: Moscow, Beregovoy Proezd, 4/6s2, or opt for car delivery. We will meet you at the specified address and sign the contract on-site. Vehicle delivery cost:

  • 5000 rubles within the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD).
  • from 7500 rubles outside the MKAD (cost is calculated individually based on the distance from the MKAD).

• What are the cancellation terms for car rental reservations?

  We do not require an advance payment for car reservations. However, if you cancel a booking, your next reservation will require an advance payment.

• Can I rent a premium-class car with a driver?

  Yes, we offer chauffeur-driven car rental services. Please inform our manager about this requirement.

• What is not included in the rental cost of the Lamborghini Huracan?

  The cost of any rate includes: rental, insurance, manager services, and 24/7 technical support.
  Additional charges apply for: fuel, toll roads, fines, and excess mileage.

• What insurance is included in the price?

  The price includes mandatory third-party liability insurance (MTPL) for all vehicles. Additionally, comprehensive insurance (CASCO) is provided for most cars; please check the details with our manager.

• Is there a mileage limit?

  Yes, there are mileage restrictions. You can drive between 150 and 250 kilometers per day, depending on the car model. Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges, which also vary by the specific car model. The cost for extra mileage ranges from 75 rubles (Kia Carnival) to 700 rubles (Ferrari 488 Spider) per additional kilometer.
