We booked two cars (one with a driver) well in advance for our wedding. However, one day before the event, we were informed that one of the vehicles had broken down. The rental management reached out to us immediately and made every effort to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible. Even though it seemed like the celebration might be compromised, the team did everything they could to resolve the situation. In the end, I rate their service as excellent, and the cars provided were in perfect condition. The hired driver was attentive to our requests and very accommodating—thanks to that, we were able to capture some shots while the car was in motion.
