Rented a 911 4S (Smurf) for two days and a Huracán for one day. The cars were in excellent condition with premium specs and low mileage. They kindly excused a 15-minute late return and a 5 km overage—a truly customer-focused company with top-notch service. Special thanks to ROP manager Vadim and Nikita for the best terms, detailed briefings, and great vibes. Will definitely return.

My expectations were exceeded thanks to the attentive service from the staff, especially Aziza. They respond instantly, work efficiently, and hand over the car on time. The fleet is well-maintained, and the vehicles are in excellent condition. I highly recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances.

I was looking for a wedding car, and I want to thank Aziza for her help with the selection. She patiently accommodated all my requirements, conditions, and countless adjustments and changes.

We rented an S350d, which was in excellent technical and exterior condition. Everything was great—we’ll definitely be back!

I’d rate it a solid 4.5.
For my birthday, I decided to treat myself and finally scratch that itch. I’ve always wanted to try a convertible, and my choice fell on the BMW Z4. I checked other companies, but their terms or prices didn’t appeal to me.

I rented it for 24 hours at a market-average price. The car was insured with a 100k deductible, though you can pay extra to reduce or waive it. The biggest and most significant advantage—no security deposit was required.

I’d also like to highlight the excellent service from manager Aziza, who helped me choose the right car (I got a recent Korean-made Z4 with only 34k on the odometer) and sincerely thank her for the discount on the excess mileage 🙂

Now, for the downside—something I didn’t like and that other users have mentioned as well—the daily mileage limit. 150 km per day is unrealistic, even for Moscow. Just getting from the rental location to my home is about 40 km. Plus, it takes away from the enjoyment of the car because you’re constantly worrying about how much you’ve gone over. A request to management: please reconsider this policy.

Overall, though, I really enjoyed the experience.

Rented the E200 Coupe. A very recent vehicle in perfect technical condition. An ideal option for those who want to test drive before purchasing such a car.
